Our document processing pipeline automatically reads documents, recognizes relevant fields, and sends them to the correct system. PDF, photo, scan—it doesn’t matter. Extraction is handled by models tailored to your document types and integrated with your accounting, CRM, or file system. Anything deviating goes to a review queue where a person checks it before processing.

How we set it up

We start with a set of your own documents. What is a typical invoice? What are exceptions? Which fields are always required, which are optional? Based on this, we fine-tune extraction and build the integration with your administration software. The review layer is strictly enforced at the start—only once the pipeline has proven itself will less manual review be needed. Not the other way around.

Wat als een document niet goed wordt gelezen?
Dan komt het in de controlewachtrij. Je krijgt het document met de extractie ernaast en kunt corrigeren voor het wordt doorgeboekt. Elke correctie is bovendien input om de pipeline beter te maken — fouten op hetzelfde type document zien we niet twee keer.
Werkt dit met ons boekhoudpakket?
We koppelen met de gangbare Nederlandse pakketten — Exact, Twinfield, Yuki, Moneybird — en met maatwerksystemen via hun API. Geen vervanging van wat je al gebruikt.
Wat met privacygevoelige documenten?
Verwerking gebeurt op een infrastructuur binnen de EU. We loggen wat wordt verwerkt en door wie, zodat je een audit trail hebt voor compliance. Modellen die data niet voor training mogen gebruiken zijn de standaard, niet de uitzondering.
