General Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to our services.
1. Definitions
Friendly Faces: Friendly Faces, sole proprietorship, established in Hoofddorp, Chamber of Commerce: 64617394.
Client: the natural or legal person who commissions a task to Friendly Faces.
Assignment: the agreed work as recorded in a quotation or agreement.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and deliveries from Friendly Faces, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Quotations and Agreements
All quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation by both parties or after the commencement of the work.
4. Execution of the Assignment
Friendly Faces executes assignments to the best of its knowledge and ability. The client ensures timely provision of all necessary information and cooperation required for proper execution.
5. Additional Work
Work outside the agreed scope is considered additional work and will be billed separately. Friendly Faces will inform the client in advance about any additional costs.
6. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. If the payment term is exceeded, the client is automatically in default and owes statutory commercial interest and collection costs.
7. Intellectual Property
After full payment, Friendly Faces transfers the usage rights of the delivered work to the client. Friendly Faces retains the right to display the work as a reference, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
The liability of Friendly Faces is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. Friendly Faces is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential any confidential information exchanged in the context of the assignment.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
All agreements with Friendly Faces are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of North Holland.
11. Amendments
Friendly Faces reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on this page. Last update: April 2026.
