General Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to our services.
1. Definitions
Friendly Faces: Friendly Faces, sole proprietorship, located in Hoofddorp, Chamber of Commerce: 64617394.
Client: the natural person or legal entity who commissions work from Friendly Faces.
Assignment: the agreed-upon tasks as set out in a quote or contract.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and deliveries by Friendly Faces, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Quotes and Agreements
All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed after written confirmation by both parties or upon commencement of the work.
4. Execution of the Assignment
Friendly Faces carries out assignments to the best of its knowledge and ability. The client shall provide all necessary information and cooperation in time for proper execution.
5. Additional Work
Tasks outside the agreed scope are considered additional work and will be invoiced separately. Friendly Faces will inform the client in advance about any extra costs.
6. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. If payment terms are exceeded, the client is automatically in default and owes statutory commercial interest and collection costs.
7. Intellectual Property
After full payment, Friendly Faces transfers the usage rights of the delivered work to the client. Friendly Faces retains the right to display the work as a reference unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
The liability of Friendly Faces is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. Friendly Faces is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damages, or lost profits.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to confidentiality regarding confidential information exchanged in the context of the assignment.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Friendly Faces. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of North Holland.
11. Changes
Friendly Faces reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on this page. Last update: April 2026.
