2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data you provide to us yourself—such as your name, email address, and company name—when you contact us via the contact form or email. We do not collect data without your knowledge.
3. What do we use your data for?
We use your data solely to:
- Get in touch with you regarding your request or inquiry
- Create a quote or proposal
- Provide the service you have engaged us for
We never sell your data to third parties and do not share it without your consent.
4. Website statistics
We use Umami Analytics to track visitor statistics. Umami is a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics package that does not collect personally identifiable information, does not place cookies, and does not store IP addresses. The data stays on our own European servers and is not shared with third parties. Umami is fully GDPR compliant.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided. Contact information is retained for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless a legal retention period requires otherwise.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our infrastructure is fully self-hosted in Europe on secure Hetzner servers.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer your personal data. Please contact us at hello@friendlyfaces.nl. We respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
