4. Website statistics
We use Umami Analytics to track visitor statistics. Umami is a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics package that does not collect personally identifiable information, does not place cookies, and does not store IP addresses. The data stays on our own European servers and is not shared with third parties. Umami is fully GDPR compliant.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided. Contact details are kept for a maximum of 2 years after last contact, unless a legal retention period requires otherwise.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our infrastructure is fully self-hosted in Europe on secure Hetzner servers.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer your personal data. Please contact us at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your data, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
