2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data that you provide to us yourself, such as your name, email address, and company name, when you contact us via the contact form or by email. We do not collect any data without your knowledge.
3. What do we use your data for?
We use your data solely to:
- Contact you in response to your inquiry or question
- Prepare a quote or proposal
- Carry out the service for which you have engaged us
We never sell your data to third parties and do not share it without your permission.
4. Website statistics
We use Umami Analytics to track visitor statistics. Umami is a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool that does not collect personally identifiable information, does not place cookies, and does not store IP addresses. The data stays on our own European servers and is not shared with third parties. Umami is fully GDPR compliant.
5. How long do we retain your data?
We retain your data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was provided. Contact details are kept for up to 2 years after the last interaction, unless a legal retention period requires otherwise.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our infrastructure is fully self-hosted in Europe on secure Hetzner servers.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@friendlyfaces.nl. We respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we process your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
