Friendly Faces is a three-person studio. We build digital products for Dutch SMBs — websites, web apps, infrastructure, and everything in between.

We work differently than an agency. No account managers, no sales layers, no project-and-go. You work directly with the people building your work. And usually, we collaborate for many years, not just one.

What we do

  • Long-term relationships
    Our longest client relationships have been ongoing for years. Usually, it starts with one project, then the web app, scaling, the campaign. We stay, and we grow together.
  • One team for everything
    Design, code, strategy, and infrastructure — all within our three-person studio. No referrals, no overseas subcontractors, no rotating teams.
  • Direct contact with the makers
    No account managers, no sales layers. You work directly with the people building your work — from the first conversation long after delivery.
  • Involved after launch
    Maintenance, ongoing development, continuous collaboration. A launch is not the end for us but a starting point — the relationship only gets serious after delivery.

What we don’t do

  • No templates or shortcuts
    No templates, no page builders, no Wix-style shortcuts. Everything we create is custom-built — because it behaves that way, too.
  • No sales pitches
    No sales talks without first understanding your problem. We don’t do pitches; we do introductions. First listening, then proposing.
  • No autopilot work
    No projects we don't truly stand behind. We say 'no' more often than 'yes' — because a wrong project helps no one.
  • No hard deadlines
    No project-and-go mentality. We consider the relationship serious only after delivery — a launch is a starting point, not the end.

You always talk to the people building your project. We're not big enough for middlemen — and we don’t want to be.

We say what we think. If something’s off, we say so. Even when it’s difficult — and even if it means letting a project go.

We take on few clients. That’s intentional. Adding a client often means one too many — and we want to give every project the attention it deserves.

Keeps everything running. From planning and client contact to infrastructure and deployment. Makes sure we can focus on the work.
