Is my site always online?
We actively monitor and respond quickly to issues. Our infrastructure runs on Hetzner with Cloudflare CDN — built for uptime and speed.
Where are my data and servers located?
In Europe. Hetzner has data centers in Germany and Finland. Your data never leaves the EU and complies with GDPR.
What if something breaks?
You send us a message — no ticket system, no queues. We fix it because we built it ourselves and know the stack inside out.
Are updates and maintenance included?
Yes. Regular maintenance, security updates, and daily backups are standard. You don’t have to think about it.
Can I purchase hosting only?
Run is exclusive to projects we have built. We don’t host external sites — because we can only guarantee what we know ourselves.
