It doesn’t make up anything it doesn’t know; if the answer isn’t there, it says so.

How we set it up

We start by taking inventory: which knowledge sources exist and who needs which? Then we connect them, set the right permissions (not everyone sees everything), and feed the agent. Updates in the source are processed automatically — if something changes in the wiki, the agent knows after the next sync. The end result is an internal tool people actually use, instead of another search bar they avoid.
