General Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to our services.
1. Definitions
Friendly Faces: Friendly Faces, sole proprietorship, located in Hoofddorp, Chamber of Commerce: 64617394.
Client: the natural or legal person who gives an assignment to Friendly Faces.
Assignment: the agreed work as recorded in a quotation or agreement.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and deliveries of Friendly Faces, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotations and agreements
All quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation by both parties or after the commencement of work.
4. Execution of the assignment
Friendly Faces executes assignments to the best of its knowledge and ability. The client ensures timely provision of all necessary information and cooperation required for proper execution.
5. Additional work
Work beyond the agreed scope is considered additional work and charged separately. Friendly Faces informs the client in advance about any additional costs.
6. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. If the payment term is exceeded, the client is automatically in default and owes statutory commercial interest and collection costs.
7. Intellectual property
After full payment, Friendly Faces transfers the usage rights of the delivered work to the client. Friendly Faces reserves the right to display the work as a reference, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
The liability of Friendly Faces is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. Friendly Faces is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to confidentiality regarding confidential information exchanged within the scope of the assignment.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Friendly Faces. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of North Holland.
11. Amendments
Friendly Faces reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on this page. Last update: April 2026.
